The Guste Homes RMC serves as the property manger for the Fischer Development. Our mission is to improve upon the management of the site and eventually create a resident managed development through the leadership of Fischer residents.
The Fischer Housing Community enjoys an excellent location on the East Bank of the Mississippi. Due to its excellent location residents enjoy major shopping centers, schools, and immediate transportation to and responses from hospitals. Some of the amenities waiting for you are: spacious living quarters with large scale porches, off the bedroom balcony, 24 hour NOPD onsite services, gourmet kitchen, central air and heat.
The Fischer units mix consists of public housing tax credits, ACC public housing, and market rate. We do accept the Section Eight Voucher. All applicants must comply with and meet the mandated requirements. We offer one and two bedroom units in our senior village, two, three, four bedroom units in our family units with two and half baths, washer and dryers, dishwashers, stove, refrigerator and dishwashers.
